  各1个花生米

  15粒葱、姜、辣椒碎

  辣椒碎可以省略,郫县豆瓣酱是味道的关键,不可省略

  炒花生时要小火,不然容易糊,实在怕糊的也可以放一点油,不爱花生的话可以省略

  胡萝卜喜欢吃脆一点的话就晚加一会

  关火后放黄瓜是为了保持它爽脆的口感和颜色,因为黄瓜非常容易熟,炒一会就烂了
