关于保证网盘链接有效性的声明

近期发现精品区许多资源存在网盘失效和文件被删除问题，由于精品区属论坛归档区，资源须保证长期有效。现特此声明以下规定：
精品区收到举报或版主检查网盘链接失效的情况，版主留言2日内回复，5日内完成整改，否则作删帖处理。
