可能是精子活跃度什么的有所下降，影响精子质量，就比较难受孕，这也是长期频繁手淫可能出性的副作用，建议楼主去医院检查下，这没什么的，很正常的情况，包括很多人有生小孩计划也会去医院检查下精子质量的，不关是为夫妻，这也是为下一代着想，希望生出个健康的宝宝来
