转一段越南人写的东东： In 1974, South Vietmese (Republic of Vietnam) commandos boarded on Duncan and Robert groups in the Paracels Islands found Chinese troops boarded the islands to make new false, fake graves. Is that the proof of Chinese inhabitation of those islands? Annam (Vietnam) Emperor Gia Long ( of Nguyen Dynasty, 1800-) and successive emperors wrote decrees, many times, in the full 19th century, sending Emperor's Hoang Sa (Paracels) Troops to claim sovereignty and report back to the Emperor. These decrees were still in the Vietnam National Archive. There were no reports of Chinese inhabitation. Only occasional sights of Chinese pirates reported. In 1956, when the French left Vietnam following Geneva Convention which divided Vietnam in half, the Chinese took advantage of the situation used force to invage and occupy some island groups in the Paracels Islands. In 1974, when the US left Vietnam following the Paris Agreement, the Chinese seeked advantage of the situation, invaded and occupied the rest of the Islands. 大意是，１９７４年，越南军队在琛航岛甘泉岛发现中国军队在造假坟墓，作为中国人曾长期在岛上居住的证据。１９世纪越南多次派军队登上西沙群岛昭示主权，除了零星中国海盗踪迹以外，没有发现中国居民。１９５６年日内瓦会议把越南分为南北两部时，中国（中共）趁机占领了西沙的几个岛。１９７４年美军撤出越南，中共又趁乱抢了几个岛。对南海诸岛的主权归属问题，我不想多说什么，老实说我是很同情越南菲律宾的，人家都把领海划到自己家门口了，还不叫两声，那才是卖国政府呢。再说这个国民党，手底下有着强大海军，除了拿个地图圈地盘以外啥事没干，西沙上的岛子还是共军开着小炮艇一个个抢回来的，到现在居然还有无知之徒说共军怎么怎么，真是让人啼笑皆非。本帖最近评分记录长和金币 +6 鼓励！ 2011-6-19 08:36

大意是，
１９７４年，越南军队在琛航岛甘泉岛发现中国军队在造假坟墓，作为中国人曾长期在岛上居住的证据。

其实７４年文革早结束了，林探花都死了３年了～～这个且不去说他。就在１０年前，咱们高调进军东盟，搞什么１０＋１的时候，形势多好了，朱镕基出席东盟会议简直是君临的架势，那时候也签订了谈判解决南海问题的协议。快１０年过去了，也不知道谈了没有，怎么谈了，现在居然搞成这样，还让越南跟美帝勾结起来了，想想就让人匪夷所思。总之，胡温太无能。好在他们马上就走人了，看看下任做的如何了。说起来伟人挑接班人的眼光都不行啊，看看邓小平挑的人，一个不如一个。本帖最近评分记录长和金币 +4 鼓励！ 2011-6-19 11:12
